This courtyard-wrapped Boca Raton home offered soaring ceilings and generous proportions, but little soul. Built during the rapid developer boom of the mid-1990s, it had scale without substance. We reimagined the home inside and out — softening its cookie-cutter edges and layering in warmth, texture, and character. Each room was transformed into a livable, inviting space that blends classic South Florida ease with timeless traditional depth.
